Workmanship

           In an effort to provide exceptional, world-leading results, Unleashed Auto Care works hard to ensure your needs are met & exceeded, while maintaining the safety and integrity of your vehicle and its components. However, there may be instances where services cannot be completed - in partial or in full - due to, but not limited to: pre-existing damage (scratches, swirling, cracking), existing physical material damage or low material integrity, significant staining, molecular or chemical damage, or any other reason deemed viable by Unleashed Auto Care. In these events, each client will be contacted & notified.

 

Lost / Damaged Items

           Unleashed Auto Care makes every effort to ensure any materials left in or on the vehicle are gathered in a safe location and returned at the end of the service. This includes, but is not limited to personal belongings & loose change. However, we will not be held responsible for any belongings left or disposed of, in or on your vehicle during or after of our services. We strongly recommend removing all valuable items before having any services performed.

 

Additional Charges

           There are some instances where significant damage or working time is required to complete the services requested. While this is rare, should this occur, each client will be contacted for approval before any further work is completed that could potentially lead to additional charges. In addition to this, if any client requests services that exceed the quoted services, there may be additional charges. Unleashed Auto Care operates under an hourly charge, and although our pricing is estimated as full services, these values and costs are estimated off of the approximate time it will take to complete the requested service(s). Due to this, additional charges may be necessary - however, each customer will approve these charges before the work takes place.

 

Incidental Damage

           While every effort is made to ensure the safety of you and your vehicle, Unleashed Auto Care will not be held responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession. This includes, but is not limited to: any damage related to pre-existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, stains, odours, etc), loose interior & exterior trim and moldings, magnetic signage, damage to any aftermarket or factory vinyl. We are responsible, and fully insured, for any damaged we cause while driving your vehicle, so as long as the damage is not in relation to any pre-existing condition. We also take full responsibility for damages caused by any negligence in our workmanship.

 

 While we do our best to ensure your needs are met & exceeded, there are instances where specific services may not be possible to complete. With utmost care to the safety of you, your vehicle, and Unleashed Auto Care, we strive to ensure any services performed will not further damage your vehicle. In regards to that, some services may not be able to be completed due to, but not limited to: existing scratches, swirling, cracking, or other physical material damage or low physical integrity, significant staining, molecular or chemical damage, or any other reason deemed viable by Unleashed Auto Care at the time of service.

 

 

Gift Cards, Discounts, Coupons

           Unleashed Auto Care will honour all coupons, discounts, & gift certificates only if presented and / or agreed upon prior to performing services.
