The owner of this incredible machine contacted us in hopes of finding a solution to help protect his investment - to retain a deep, rich black paint finish and make washing easier than ever before.
After going over the owners needs, we agreed that our CQuartz Professional service was the perfect fit - having extensive experience with ZL1's, we were confident that this would not only make the car incredible glossy, but also make it easy to clean and provide an exceptional shine for many years.

THE INSPECTION
Every detail starts with a thorough inspection service. It's at this time that we are able to better determine the history of the vehicle (even new ones!), and understand it's individual needs.
Based on our findings, we were able to determine that our Tier 1 Paint Correction would be sufficient to repair the surface defects found - including swirls, scratches, haze, and marring caused from previous incorrect polishing.
We also found several sanding marks littered across the vehicle which we would be able to repair - looking like they were never there!
WASH PROCESS
Every vehicle that comes through our doors undergoes an extensive cleansing process in which we thoroughly wash the vehicle top to bottom - and rid it of contamination that may be stuck to or embedded into the paint, such as tar, sap, environmental fallout, etc.
This ensures that when we begin polishing the vehicle, we are not risking further damage to the paint. It's small details like this that are crucial in producing the unrivaled results we strive to every single day.
The wheels on this car had significant brake dust. We first used our pH-balanced wheel cleaner and soft brushes to clean them inside & out - then applied a ceramic-infused sealant to all the wheels and brake calipers to repel brake dust and make washing incredibly easy for 3+ months to come.
Wheels are always washed first - so once this process was completed, we then moved onto washing the paintwork, glass, door jams, and all other exterior components prior to transforming the paint to an incredible high shine with our Tier 1 Paint Correction.

As seen in the photos below, it is often that we find vehicles such as this ZL1 which have jet-black, soft paint are not polished properly. This car had severe holograms, swirls, and other defects such as haze that is a direct result of incorrect paint correction that was performed prior to arriving at our facility.
