Pre-Service Inspection
Before any work is performed, the vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection to document any pre-existing damage to the paintwork, glass, and all other exterior parts. We also review the visible contamination on the surface to determine the best route for safe and proper removal of bugs, tar, and road grime without damaging the surface.
Here we see bug splatters on the front lip. Some of these bugs have been on the surface for quite some time, etching them into the surface. The acid in the 'guts' when left on the surface can eat into the clearcoat - which is why properly removing them as soon as possible is vital to ensuring the integrity of the paintwork.
Wash Treatment
To minimize damage to the paintwork and ensure the safety of the exterior surfaces, we use a multi-stage, 18-step wash procedure involving a variety of tools and equipment.
This includes:

As listed above, this 3-4 hour process includes a decontamination service which removes all iron, tar, road grime and environmental fallout from the paintwork and glass.
Paint Damage & Polishing
This vehicle received our major paint corrective service, which results in a 95%+ overall removal of swirls, scratches, and other forms of paint damage. While this vehicle did not have severe damage, we utilized a multi-step process involving three (3) compounding and polishing stages to further correct and refine the surface to maximize gloss and shine.
We also documented over 200 paint measurements across the vehicles surface. This allows us to ensure the integrity of the paintwork, while still being able to accomplish a high-level correction and refinement.

CQuartz Professional
To finish the service, the vehicle received multiple coats of our exclusive CQuartz Professional ceramic coating. The glass also received a coating, along with all trim.
CQuartz coatings provide exceptional protection against dirt, bugs, bird bombs, UV rays, chemicals and abrasion. They are incredibly hydrophobic, making the surface easier to wash than ever by repelling water and dirt.
CQuartz Professional boasts a 2-5+ year durability.
