Prior to initiating any work on the vehicle, we begin by performing an extensive visual inspection. This allows us to identify and document the current condition on the vehicle, including:

This is documented on printed schematics of the vehicle, along with photos taken of all note-able areas of concern.
Preparing the Vehicle
Upon completing our inspection, the preparation process begins.
This multi-hour process includes a foam cannon pre-soak to loosen heavy dirt to help gently lift it away from the surface during our 3-bucket hand wash.
The vehicle then undergoes a chemical decontamination to remove embedded particles in the paintwork, followed by a claybar to remove any further contaminants. This ensure the surface is smooth and perfectly 'naked'.
Wheels deserve to be protected just like any other portion of the vehicle.
The owner opted in for a deep wheel cleaning and iron removal process, followed by a quality sealant application to repel water and brake dust, making them incredible easy to maintain.

Correction
We often believe that a new vehicle, simply because it is 'new', will have perfect paint - but that is, in most cases, far from reality.
That is why we at Unleashed Auto Care meticulously inspect the paintwork of new vehicles for our clients before and after delivery - repairing scratches, sanding marks, and other factory or dealer-induced defects before applying vital protection.
This paintwork had extensive damage across several large areas of the vehicle. After taking hundreds of paint measurements and properly identifying the types of defects, we carefully removed them to the highest quality, safest level possible.
This revealed a high-gloss, incredibly metallic finish with a shine that blew the owner away.

The vehicle is now perfected. The paintwork is polished, the glass is cleaned. The leather has been deep cleansed, and the fabric freshened. Our last step is to add vital protection to all the surfaces.
